THE COMMUNITY ARCHIVE

Photo Gallery
ARE YOU MALTESE? TELL US YOUR STORY!

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Or so we have been told all our lives. We hope you find that saying is true and can appreciate the gallery being put together to illustrate our communities long history here in Metro-Detroit.

We have photographs spanning nearly a century, from some of the first Maltese to move to Detroit in the 1920s all the way to third generation Maltese enjoying family and friends in the 2010s! Check out the photographs in our decade-by-decade listing and you'll be transported to another time!

Click on each decade bubble to see all the photographs we hold for that era. As always, we at the Maltese Club would love to add your photographs and stories to our growing collection. The more we have, the richer a story we tell.
